Bora Rota is free for up to 50 addresses, with no credit card and no trial clock. Personal is R$69.90 a month, or R$279.60 every six months (R$46.60 a month), for up to 200 addresses. Business starts at R$139.90 a month for 1,000 new stops a month and includes unlimited drivers, so a team of ten pays the same as a team of two.

Spoke Dispatch's $125 includes 1,000 stops, then 4 to 7 cents a stop. OptimoRoute Lite is $39 per driver ($35.10 billed yearly); Badger Maps Business is $69 per user ($58 billed yearly).

How the limits work
Plans are sized by addresses, not by drivers, routes or optimizations. The Free plan holds up to 50 addresses. Personal holds up to 200 and adds up to 200 new ones a month. Each Business size, from 1,000 to 10,000, is both how many addresses it keeps and how many new ones you can add each month.
A route can hold up to 500 stops on Personal and Business. Building a new route from addresses you already have doesn't use any of your allowance, so a weekly route costs nothing extra to plan again.
Billing every six months takes 33% off any paid plan. Prices are in Brazilian reais, and there's no long-term contract.
